Hi!
My name is Haley and I am a photographer, a digital artist, a writer, and a creator.
I have absolutely no formal training or schooling, aside from a few art classes in high school, and my creations are far from perfect. There are photographs that refuse to become what I pictured, details within a scene that a camera just can’t capture, digital layers that take a million tries to fall into place, and ideas that completely change somewhere along the way. But I truly believe those imperfections make my art honest—and, in my opinion, honesty stands above perfection. So while my work may not always be perfect, and my inspiration may lead me in a hundred different directions, but nothing in life is—or ever was—perfect. Yet people still feel everything deeply: joy, sorrow, happiness, wonder, and excitement.
The Inspiration:
My faith, my kids, my family, nostalgia, thrifting, photography, digital art, sketching, writing, vintage Ireland, the ocean, the coast, Disney, magic, and interior design—there are so many things that inspire me when it comes to my art. My dream has always been to find something I love to do that combines all of these things, but for so long I felt stuck, as though I had to choose between the things that bring me the most joy and a career.
Realizing I could create and join these things together—that I could take the places, objects, and moments I photograph and turn them into something that feels as though it came from another time—was like unlocking an incredible new world. I can be at home with my kids while an ordinary photograph slowly becomes a scene that once existed only in my imagination.
These pieces capture my love and nostalgia for the timeless beauty found in objects of the past, each telling its own unique story. My hope is to bring these forgotten details forward, bridging history and the present through my camera’s lens.
The Process:
Nothing fancy here—I’m an old-school photographer. My photographic process lives largely in the field rather than behind a screen. I’m self-taught, shaped by trial, error, and a lot of learning along the way. That is what allows my work to stay organic.
The Photography:
Sometimes a photograph remains exactly as it was when I captured it: a frozen moment in time. Other times, it becomes the beginning of something entirely new as I combine my original photography into digitally created scenes inspired by the past and a little bit of fantasy.
Every element begins with a photograph I have taken and something that exists in real life—no AI is ever used—so what you are seeing is really and truly out there in the world. Each piece is clearly identified as either an original photograph or a work of digital art that brings elements of my images together to create something fantastic.
While everything above fuels my art, my truest passions are my faith, my husband, Jordon, and our two kids, Keenan and Clare—our fur babies, Trio, Luna, and Jasper, are obviously included as well. Being able to do what I love with them by my side makes all the difference. I’m truly blessed to have parents who instilled this love in me and the family that has grown from it.
I think that’s a good indication as to why my art has never fit neatly into just one place—because neither has my heart. It belongs to the past and the present, to the real and the imagined, and most of all, to the people and the faith that make creating it all worthwhile.

SCROLL DOWN
Art and photography have always been a family affair for me. My parents built their photography business together, and I have been traveling to art shows with them since I was four years old. I grew up behind the scenes—going on shooting trips, helping in the booth, meeting customers, watching photographs become finished pieces, and learning just how much work, heart, and adventure can fit into a creative life.
I even had my own little “Haley’s Corner” feature in their monthly newsletter, long before I ever imagined I would create a collection of my own. What began as their dream became such a huge part of my childhood and, eventually, the foundation for my own work.
After spending so much of my life traveling with my parents, it’s an even bigger blessing to now have my husband Jordon beside me on these trips. Having someone who not only supports this love of mine but shares in the adventure with me makes it all so much more meaningful. Being able to do what I love with my family by my side makes all the difference. I’m truly blessed to have parents who instilled this love in me, a husband who encourages me to follow it, and a family who gets to be part of wherever it takes us next.
Now, I’m stepping into my own while carrying everything they taught me along the way. It may have my name on it, but it is still very much a family affair. My parents gave me a love for photography, travel, storytelling, and creating something meaningful from the places we encounter. I hope to carry on that tradition with my own kids, giving Keenan and Clare the same chance to grow up surrounded by creativity, adventure, and the belief that something you truly love can become part of your life’s work.
